TIMETRACKER allows you to associate any type of file to your projects. Documentation management system will allow you to view your documents, do research on the contents of the files and you can download and print your documents.
TIMETRACKER allows you to restrict access to documents by defining access rights through the management of roles. Your data will be safe and you will have the control on access.
Advanced search
TIMETRACKER allows you to do research on the content of your documents. If your files contain text, for example with Word, Excel or PDF documents, the system will be able to retrieve documents that contain the search keywords.
Sends your documents
TIMETRACKER allows sending an email that will contain a link for each of the documents selected. This will allow you to inform your employees, your customers or your partners about your projects and their information. The email will not contain the document, but a link that will give access to the document on the Internet. From this link, it will be possible to view, print or download the file.
